Study On The Cultural Drug Detoxification Management Model In Heyuan City,Guangdong Province

The global drug epidemic has become one of the most serious public hazards of mankind,and various problems caused by drugs have become serious social problems that endanger the security of our country.Drug control has become a major issue in maintaining social order,and has become a national project in recent years.And how to control the huge drug addicts,so that they can get rid of drug addiction and return to society,all countries in the world are researching and exploring.At present,there are three kinds of detoxification measures,compulsory isolation detoxification,voluntary detoxification and community rehabilitation.Generally speaking,the effect of voluntary detoxification,other social detoxification medical institutions and community rehabilitation is not ideal,and drug addicts have strong repeatability.Comparatively speaking,compulsory isolation is one of the most effective measures to control drug addiction in China.It is very necessary to strengthen the management mode of compulsory isolation and detoxification,so as to improve the effectiveness of detoxification work.Starting from the existing problems of compulsory isolation and detoxification in China,this paper expounds the important research significance of this topic.Based on the analysis of the status quo of drug rehabilitation work at home and abroad,and drawing on the normative rehabilitation treatment model commonly used in drug rehabilitation work at home and abroad,the main theoretical points of this study are put forward.By introducing the basic concepts of compulsory isolation,subculture and cultural detoxification,and the theoretical basis of cultural detoxification management model,the feasibility of cultural detoxification was analyzed.Based on the practice of the new model of cultural drug detoxification management in Heyuan compulsory isolation detoxification center from 2012 to 2016,this paper summarizes the relevant implementation background,implementation process and specific educational management measures and contents,and systematically and scientifically evaluates the effectiveness and social impact of the implementation of cultural drug detoxification management model in Heyuan compulsory isolation detoxification center.This paper explores the positive factors and effective measures in its management methods,summarizes and combs the problems existing in the management mode of cultural drug detoxification,and analyses the reasons for the above problems from the aspects of institutional factors and practical difficulties.Finally,it puts forward further improvement of the management system and management measures for cultural drug detoxification,and constructs a public welfareassistance mechanism for drug control supported and participated by the whole people.To optimize the strategy of cultural drug detoxification management mode,to realize the long-term operation mechanism of cultural drug detoxification management mode in compulsory isolation detoxification centers,and to improve the effectiveness of drug detoxification work.
