With the continuous development of the network era,E-commerce has shown a prosperous scene.Conventional business transactions have gradually been replaced by E-commerce.The business models of O2,B2 B,B2C and C2 C have sprung up like bamboo shoots after a spring rain. The virtual nature of E-commerce determines that consumers can only learn the attributes of the transaction subject matter by means of information disclosure of operators, which deepens the inherent contradiction between information disclosure of E-commerce operators and consumers' right to know and choose.Although the mode of operation and consumption has undergone revolutionary changes, the speed of updating the legal and administrative supervision system has not been matched with the speed of E-commerce development. In the process of information disclosure,E-commerce operators take advantage of the blind areas stipulated by law,and there are some bad behaviors such as false disclosure of identity information and credit information of operators, irregular disclosure of format terms and information, and asymmetric information of commodity quality, which affect the sustainable and stable development of E-commerce.In order to continuously standardize and improve electronic commerce transactions, further protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, and promote the vigorous development of electronic commerce industry,China has passed and promulgated the "E-commerce Law of the People's Republic of China" after four drafts of deliberation, refined and differentiated the main bodies of electronic commerce operators, and undertook the scope of information disclosure obligations and breaches of obligations of electronic commerce operators. The legal responsibility is standardized, while the restriction mechanism and dispute resolution mechanism of third-party payment platform are strengthened, but there are still some shortcomings. The purpose of this paper is to compare the information disclosure obligations of E-commerce operators before and after the implementation of the E-commerce Law of the People's Republic of China,to analyze the defects and reasons of the current information disclosure obligations system of e-commerce operators in China, and to put forward opinions and suggestions on improving the information disclosure obligations system of E-commerce operators in China in the light of the special attributes of E-commerce.
