Research Of Internet Financial Dispute Settlement Mechanism

Through investigate the special risk of Internet finance,the characteristics of the corresponding disputes and the current Internet financial dispute on-line settlement mechanism,this paper gives some suggestions and countermeasures to the Internet financial dispute on-line solution mechanism,especially on the Internet financial disputes online mediation and online arbitration.As a new thing and flourishing recent years,Internet finance not only on theoretical research but also on dispute resolution all seriously behind its own development.After analyzing the special risks and disputes of internet finance,this paper focuses on the online dispute settlement method which is rooted in the Internet environment same as Internet finance,and puts forward some suggestions and ideas on the Internet financial dispute resolution mechanism.This paper argues that the online financial dispute settlement can be divided into two aspects,one is putting the traditional off-line dispute resolution mechanism online,including the establishment of Internet financial platform dispute resolution mechanism and the online dispute resolution mechanism,and the online dispute settlement mechanism supervision of supervisory institutions;the other is proposing feasibility ideas aimed at the two online dispute resolution mechanism of the core points,online mediation and online arbitration.This paper hopes to explore the online dispute resolution mechanism which is according with the actual China's actual and moderately advanced Internet financial transactions,and provide fair,convenient and efficient rights relief channels for the participator of Internet financial.
