College Students' Awareness Of Information Network Communication Rights

With the popularity of the Internet and the widespread application of social media,the circulation of network resources has become more rapid and faster,and the dissemination of information networks has become increasingly complex and diverse,causing the proliferation of network copyright issues.As the legal manifestation of copyright protection in information network communication,the right of information network communication regulates the special legal norms of information content in the digital environment.The public's contradiction in the blind spot of understanding and judicial application seriously impairs its legal authority and unity.Properly regulate the infringement performance and responsibility of the network communication behavior in practice.The public's awareness of rights is the social basis of the rule of law,and shaping the awareness of modern rights is an inevitable requirement for realizing the rule of law.At the moment of the rapid development of the Internet,the investigation of the awareness of the rights of information networks is particularly important for the rule of law in cyberspace.This study divides the awareness of information network communication rights into five dimensions: rights cognition,rights evaluation,attitudes to rights and obligations,behaviors of rights and obligations,and rights requirements,and investigates college students' awareness of information network communication rights.Including the overall situation and the differences between different samples,fill the current research gap on the awareness of information network communication rights,and provide guidance for improving the rights awareness and legislative amendments of information network communication rights.In this study,301 students from 7 universities were selected as valid sample samples from Chongqing University students.The questionnaires in the field survey were used to investigate the rights awareness of college students in network communication,especially the recognition and evaluation of information network communication rights.Through questionnaires,data collection,descriptive statistics and differential analysis,it is found that college students' overall awareness of information network communication rights is insufficient.This is related to the weak legal knowledge and the traditional social culture.The awareness of rights continues to influence;the promotion of the awareness of the right to disseminate information networks should give full play to the advantages of the new media of the Internet,and at the same time develop the legal reconstruction of the rights of information networks.
