Design And Implementation Of A Secret Electronic Document System Based On Digital Watermarking Technology

The development of information technology gives rise to the increasing maturity of e-government system and the increasing extensiveness of the scope of its application,which greatly improves the office efficiency and the ability of serving the public.However,along with the growing prominence of information security comes the attention devoted to the issue of classified information security in the process of government electronic informationization.In particular,departments of classified demand are lack of classified information management system which can solve information security issues reasonably and meet the actual need.Active exploration in the information construction and information sharing mechanism under the conditions of security and confidentiality to improve the work efficiency are proceeding by the units and departments with confidential requirements.In this paper,a certain government agency A unit which is of classified demand was set as an example,based on the cryptography and the digital watermarking technology,the classification of the identification technology,a set of classified electronic document security management system was designed and implemented.First of all,this paper analyzed the background of system and the demand of the system is divided into watermark function module,the classification of the identification module,document flow module,security rights management module,system management module and other modules.In general,the system is mainly composed of classified identification module and document management module.The authentication module of the classified level can realize the integrity verification of electronic documents,and the identity and information subject can not be separated.The function of document management module can be divided into document management and personnel management,and document management can achieve the functions of classified auditing,classified change and access to permission;Personnel management realizes user information management,power management,etc.Document flow module is convenient for customer to operate document editing.Security and confidentiality authority management module implements the security for the document transmitting,download and browse.And then design of each module is elaborated in detail,and was analyzed by many charts like flow chart,sequence chart and functional chart.In the end,the complete realization process of the system was elaborated through the Implementation Code and the Implementation screenshot and the whole process is tested by the Integration and Performance testing,and the final test results show that the system has strong safety and practicability.
