In terms of enterprise information publicity system,the academic research on corporate publicity system is focused on the effectiveness of the establishment of the company registration,theoretical research focused on the registration itself,and for the nature of public relations,publicity effectiveness of the discussion is still lacking.Domestic textbooks focus on the company to register information disclosure content is not much,the relevant academic papers focused on the registration system,corporate information publicity articles are rare.And the domestic literature is more of the discussion is based on the real estate registration system under the publicity system,academic research on the issue of publicity mainly concentrated in the field of civil law,real estate and real estate property rights as the focus of publicity,the enterprise publicity system theory less.In the economic field,especially in the commercial field,the enterprise as the main position of the transaction more and more attention,how to effectively stimulate the vitality of the market,effectively protect the transaction between the different commercial transactions between the security,has become an urgent need solved problem.It can be said to solve the problem perspective to focus on the company publicity system,is a very good path.How to correctly understand the meaning of enterprise information publicity system,how to tap the connotation of enterprise information publicity system,how to effectively set up the enterprise information publicity system is the form,it is worth us to spendmore time and energy to further study and explore.This paper attempts to reveal the present situation and problems of the enterprise information publicity system through the theory and practice of enterprise information publicity system,and try to find a way to solve the current problem.The first chapter is divided into five sections.The first sectionmainly from the definition of starting,mining and explore the inherent meaning of enterprise information publicity system.The second section starts from the evolution of the enterprise information publicity system,and shows the evolution of the system from the annual inspection system to the enterprise information publicity system and explores the internal reasons of the institutional change.The third part discusses the legal attributes of the publicity system from the nature of the enterprise information publicity system.It clarifies the legal role of the publicity system by clarifying the legal attributes of the publicity system and clarifies the development direction of the publicity system.In the fourth section,the value and significance of the establishment of the publicity system are explained from three aspects.First,it is concluded that the establishment of the government publicity system is the change of the government supervision mode.Strict way to mobilize the initiative of the main market mainly discusses the status quo of the two-track system of public announcement in China from the aspects of the main body of the enterprise information publicity system,and points out that underthe two-track system defect.The second section mainly starts from the perspective of the content of information disclosure,revealing the present situation of the lack of publicity content in our country,and then points out the randomness of the content of information disclosure and the shortcomings of undocumented enterprise types.The third section starts from the aspects of the effectiveness of corporate information publicity.First,it points out the characteristics of the diversity of public means in China,and points out the present situation of the lack of credibility of various publicity methods.The fourth section from the enterprise information publicity system security measures point of view,describes the current situation of China's new measures and the existence of the lack of safeguards status quo.The third chapter mainly focuses on the present situation and the problems of the previous chapter,and explores the suggestions to further improve the enterprise information publicity system.The first section starts from the improvement of the publicity subject,and puts forward the responsibility of the public body of the enterprise information and the publicity subject.Section II from the perspective of improving the content of publicity,it is proposed to distinguish between enterprises to classify publicity,and the financial statements,corporate litigation information into the scope of mandatory publicity.In addition,it also proposed a conscious expansion of the scope of selective publicity for enterprises to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises to provide a reasonable channel.Section III from the perspective of improving the effectiveness of publicity,clearly put forward should establish a clear legal provisions to protect the credibility of publicity behavior.In the fourth quarter,from the point of view of improving the information publicity measures,it is suggested to perfect the system of commissioned checks,clear the responsibility of the third party,perfect the system of reward and punishment,and stimulate the market supervision.Finally,the multi-sector joint law enforcement and strengthen the credit constraint punishment.
