When labors' rights and interests are protected insufficiently and the channels of complaint are not clear in a highly competitive market,weapons of the weak becomes an informal way for the private enterprise employees to express their demands.This paper regards weapons of the weak as a theoretical perspective to explore how it be used by the private enterprise employees.Regarding weapons of the weak as the theoretical tool to define the informal means or way of the private enterprise employees to express rights and interests will be helpful to conceptualize the informal behavior of the employees and to expand the theoretical breadth and depth of the research on such behavior.In addition,it is constructive to understand the relationship between rights and interests of employees and the expression behavior of rights and interests,also has the significance to construct harmonious labor relations and government social governance.This paper discusses the private enterprise employees rights and interests protection situation in three aspects,there are power,benefit and psychology.On this basis,this paper analysis the reality performance,manners of the private enterprise employees use weapons of the weak to express rights and interests demands,what's more,the relationship between safeguarding the rights and interests of employees and the use of weapons of the weak.Through the questionnaire survey and field research,we find that the proportion of private enterprise employees use weapons of the weak to express rights and interests demands is less than the institutionalized way,the weapon of the weak is a supplementary way.First,The private enterprise employees use weapons of the weak urgent need to express the power of rights and interests demands.Secondly,the psychological of rights and interests demands.Lastly,the benefit of rights and interests demands.From manners of weapons of the weak: the use of weapons of the weak mainly in a moderate and radical way.Moderate way is in a form of sabotage,lazy and other negative disobedience manners.Radical way is in a form of deception,camouflage,seizing the chance,undermining and so on.From the relationship between the degree of interests protection and the use of weapons of the weak: private employees tend to use the weapon of the weak type is just related to the protection of the power of rights and interests demands,and different types of rights and interests protection,private employees choose to use weapons of the weak more different types.The frequency of private enterprises employees use weapons of the weak is related to power of rights and interests status,benefit of rights and interests status,psychological of rights and interests status,comprehensive rights and interests status,and protect the rights and interests of poor,the use of weapons of the weak frequency is higher.In summary,The private enterprise should raise the sense of social responsibility,ensure the employees' power,benefit and psychology rights and interests by law,and minimize the use of employees weapons of the weak,maximize expressing demands through institutional channels.The country should improve the legal system of labor,give private enterprises staff policy protection.After that,The country need to create a social and cultural environment to protect the rights and interests of workers.Lastly,The country should play the role of trade unions in social governance to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of employees,create a harmonious labor relations.
