As an important carrier of local government management innovation and an important means of changing government functions,the establishment and improvement of the public administration service system will help improve the efficiency of public administration services,promote the standardization,convenience and equalization of public administration services,move the service forward to the grass-roots level,and effectively solve the " last kilometer" problem of serving the masses.Since 2012,Fuling District has continued to promote the construction of public administration service system.After nearly six years of development and improvement,a three-level public service system has been initially established with the district administration service center as the core and covering all villages and towns(streets)and villages(communities)in the region.As Fuling District Level 3 Public Service Center is still in the stage of continuous practice and exploration,it still faces many problems in its actual operation,and the construction of this public administration service system will be a gradual development and improvement process.Taking the construction of service-oriented government as the research background,based on the summary and analysis of the construction and operation of Fuling district administrative service center,township(street)public service center and village(community)convenient service center,this paper uses relevant concepts and theories to briefly analyze the causes of the existing problems,and on the basis of drawing lessons from the domestic public administrative service practice experience and combining with Fuling district's actual work,puts forward exploratory suggestions to optimize the construction and operation of Fuling district's three-level public service center,providing a feasible reference for the improvement of Fuling district's three-level public service center system. |
