Research On Optimization Of Liaoning (Yingkou) Industrial Base Government Information Submission Process

Government information is an important part of the daily work of government agenciesat all levels.Excellent government information has a very obvious help to the component-oriented government and to help decision-making scientific decision-making.However,since government affairs information belongs to the independent behavior of governments at all levels,how to submit them is decided by themselves.There is no standard reporting process,and there is no official document to restrict government information work.This has also led many government departments to regard government affairs information as a rib job,to write indiscriminately,and to cope with it.In this study,taking the administrative information work of the Liaoning(Yingkou)Industrial Base Management Committee as an example,through the literature research,comparative analysis,interviews and other methods,the current reporting process of the industrial base government information has been comprehensively studied.From the development status,existing problems and their causes,the paper has made a detailed description and analysis,and with the help of foreign and domestic advanced work experience,it puts forward the perfect suggestions and measures from the perspective of office needs.This paper uses the contrast method to draw conclusions: the government information reporting process of the industrial base has problems such as difficulty in information collection,low information quality,weak review links,and lack of standardization processes.And from the objective conditions,the lack of information staff capacity,the lack of attention to information work,the reporting process is not standardized four reasons.Aiming at the problems existing in the current industrial base government information reporting and the research on the advantages of information dissemination and information sharing on the coordinated development of various government departments,public incentives can mobilize work enthusiasm,etc.,design exclusive optimization schemes and optimize them.The program conducted a feasibility study.Finally,the optimization measures are proposed from four aspects: adding analysis links,formulating draft points,strengthening team building,and introducing rules and regulations.
