Study On The Protection Of Public Interest By Conditional Government Award

In the fortieth anniversary of China's reform and opening up,China will further expand its opening up and vigorously develop its economy in the future.Local governments,in accordance with their own economic and talent development needs,continue to introduce new and old industrial policies,thus deriving the concept of conditional government incentives.However,in the process of fulfilling the government's reward,there are some cases in which some enterprises use the government's reward in violation of the agreement or even cheat the government's reward after they get the government's reward.However,in the process of protecting the legal interests,the government encounters an embarrassing situation that can not be relied on and there is no way to follow.This paper is aimed at this phenomenon,in-depth study,analysis of the essence,explore the legal protection model of conditional government incentives,and explore the legal protection of conditional government incentives in China.This paper will make a comparative analysis of the four legal interest protection modes,namely,the specific administrative behavior mode,the administrative litigation mode,the civil litigation mode and the public interest litigation mode.To seek a way of public interest litigation with Chinese characteristics and conditional government incentives to protect legal interests,so as to solve the problems encountered in reality and improve our judicial system.
