Research On The Government Supervision Of Internet Booking Taxi In Yichun City

With the rapid development of Internet technology and the rapid transformation and upgrade of "Internet +",the "Internet + Traffic" model of Internet booking taxis came into being.Under the background of encouraging innovation and realizing the new development concept of shared economy,our country has given the legal status of the online taxi,which has caused the network taxi booking to set off a huge wave in the world,impinging on and forcing the reform of traditional taxi.The online taxi solves the information asymmetry in the traditional taxi service,reduces the blindness of the parade service,and satisfies the people's need for difference in the way of travel.However,it also leads to the loss of the benefits of the parade taxi and the whitening of the black car.There have been a number of collective strikes on parade taxis across the country,which have had a major impact on people's lives.In this paper,we study the network booking of taxis in Yichun city,mainly using the methods of literature research,comparative analysis,theory and practice to study the regulation of local government network booking.Based on the existing research results at home and abroad,this paper discusses the problems encountered by the government in the process of online taxi supervision,and studies the advanced supervision experience.Understand the new regulations for private cars and drivers,network taxi management,market supervision,legal construction and legal liability and other specific provisions.Compared with the regulation of online taxi regulations before and after the New Policy and the rental market issues brought about by different local network car regulations,especially the impact of the stringent online taxi regulations in Beijing,Shanghai and Guangzhou,compared with Chengdu's relaxed online taxi supervision policy.To Yichun city government in the introduction of the details of the network taxi give some suggestions and opinions.And through the analysis of the urban area of Yichun about the government supervision of the taxi,problems,and causes.This paper puts forward the suggestions and opinions of changing the mode of thinking in combination with local characteristics,and provides suggestions and suggestions for following up the regulation policy of the urban network taxi in Yichun city.
