Research On Social Security Threat Identification And Preventive Strategies Of Overseas Chinese-funded Enterprises’ Institutions

With the development of the "going out" strategy,more and more Chinese-funded enterprises begin to go abroad.However,the frequent occurrence of attacks on overseas Chinese-funded enterprises and employees has seriously hindered the development of overseas Chinese-funded enterprises and constantly threatened the safety of employees’ lives and property.Under this background,it is urgent to study the preventive strategies of overseas Chinesefunded enterprises to deal with various social security threats.The main content of this paper is divided into two parts.The first part identifies threats to social security faced by overseas Chinese-funded enterprises.After collecting and sorting out the social security incidents attacked by overseas Chinese-funded enterprises from 2000 to 2019,threat identification is carried out from five dimensions: attack type,use of weapons,attack number,attack purpose and attack consequence,and a threat matrix of overseas social security for overseas Chinese-funded enterprises is constructed.Finally,in order to facilitate the followup study,according to the threat matrix obtained,from the perspective of risk control,the social security threats of overseas Chinese-funded enterprises are categorized as explosive terrorist attack threat,direct-fire weapon threat,forcible intrusion threat and large-scale mass incidents threat according to the use of weapons by the threatening party and the way of attack.The second part,according to the four threats,gives the corresponding preventive strategies.Firstly,in view of the high threat of explosive terrorist attacks,from the worst case point of view,the prevention strategy of the largest equivalent car bomb in explosive weapons is studied.Using LS-DYNA finite element analysis software,numerical simulations were carried out on the action of vehicle bombs with 256.6 kg,1833 kg and 4472 kg TNT charge on explosion-proof walls respectively,and 48 groups of experiments were set up by using control variable method to study the wave-proof performance of explosion-proof walls.It was found that the wave-proof effect of explosion-proof walls is proportional to the height of walls,and is proportional to the position of explosion-proof walls to the source of explosion and the height behind walls.In inverse proportion,the distance measurement behind the wall and the thickness of the wall are not necessarily related to the anti-explosion performance of the wall.Then the experimental data are imported into Matlab to fit the calculation formulas of overpressure behind explosion-proof wall under the action of three kinds of vehicle bombs.Based on the formulas,the overall prevention strategies of explosive terrorist attacks are given from four aspects: safety distance planning,building reinforcement,local optimization and setting up explosion-proof wall.Finally,the prevention strategies for direct-fire weapons,forcible intrusion and large-scale mass incidents are also given,which can be used as a reference for overseas Chinese-funded enterprises to establish their own security prevention system.
