Honor management of military growing officer students is a kind of management that utilizes honor theory to design and construct the management for cadets,and motivate the cadets to achieve better self-management and organization-management.Nowadays,90s' and 00s' have become the majority of cadets in the Military Academy,and their self-identity and appeals for management have remarkable characteristics of times,as they expect the management to be much more soft,tender and heart-touching.Meanwhile,in the past decades,the education and management of military academy is continuously innovated and developed to best motivate the cadets.Due to its motivation effect,honor management has become the primary subject of innovation and development in Military Academy management.Currently,there are numerous researches regarding the motivation effect of honor management in domestic military academies,and they have been widely applied in practice.On the contrary,honor management is still opened for research,as the concept and system design of honor management have not been completely established.In this research,we first investigate the methods that transform honor into guidelines and institutional norms that can best motivate the cadets.We combine the methods of investigation,documentation,case analysis,to explore how to play the honorary role in the management of military cadets.The goal of this research is to design an honor management model that can motivate the cadets,and shed light on the innovation and development of the military academy management.This research focuses on concept landing of honor management and the transformation of ideas into an institutional system.Based on the previous researches and the basic principles of Marxism and psychological theory,we integrate the honor management with the management of Military Academies,and design an honor management system for the cadets in Military Academies.This research designs a framework and countermeasure for honor management of military management,and results in a series of practical guidelines.This research is organized as follows: In Section 1,we investigate the background and significance of honor management,critically review the literature and analyze the drawbacks of previous researches.The second section focuses on the management-driven theory of honor.This section analyzes the honor theory and its influence on the management,and explores how to drive the cadets to achieve the goal of management.In Section 3,given the status quo of honor psychology and honor management of the cadets,we design questionnaires and interviews to investigate and analyze the psychological appeal for honor of the cadets,and exploring the goal of honor management of cadets in military academies.After that,we analyze the status quo of honor management in military academies,and their shortcomings in Section 4.Section 5 provides the design of an honor management model,specify the idea,goal,principle of the model,and present the strategies of honor management that aim at improving the efficiency of honor management activities.
