Research On The Construction Of Grassroots Organizations In Dongguan Women's Federation

Women's Federation is a people's organization under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,a bridge and link between the Party and the government to connect women and the masses,and an important social pillar of the state power.The grass-roots organizations of women's federations are the frontier positions of linking and serving women,and they are responsible for guiding women,serving women and safeguarding women's legitimate rights and interests.Under the strong leadership of Dongguan Municipal Committee and Municipal Government,with the joint efforts of women's Federation cadres at all levels,the grass-roots organization construction of Dongguan Women's Federation has achieved certain results,but there are still some problems in organization network construction,team construction and mechanism construction,which have affected the full play of the organization function of women's federation.Taking the local women's Federation-Dongguan women's Federation as an example,this paper deeply analyses the specific situation and causes of the above problems,and puts forward some suggestions for improving the grass-roots organization construction of Dongguan women's federation.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction,which gives a detailed summary of the background,significance,purpose and overall thinking of the whole article,and makes a systematic analysis of the research results and literature of other scholars related to this topic.The second part mainly introduces the relevant concepts and research basis of women's Federation and women's Federation grass-roots organizations,and expounds the third sector theory,new public service theory,public organization theory and other theories.The third part mainly introduces the main contents,basic ways and preliminary achievements of the grass-roots organization construction of Dongguan Women's Federation,and comprehensively shows the current situation of the grass-roots organization construction of Dongguan Women's Federation.The fourth part analyses in detail the four major problems of Dongguan Women's Federation,such as the insufficient coverage of grass-roots organizations,the imperfect construction of grass-roots cadres,the insufficient satisfaction of the masses,and the imperfect evaluation and incentive mechanism.The fifth part puts forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions to improve the grass-roots organization construction of Dongguan Women's Federation by drawing lessons from the experience of Huangpu District,Haizhu District,Guangzhou City and Zhaoqing City in the grass-roots organization construction of women's Federation.
