A Research Of Xi Jinping's Thought On Youth Work

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party,China has ushered in a new era of “strengthening up”.As a leader of party and nation,beloved by people,Xi Jinping has made many important statements on the youth and the youth work.In the concrete practice of guiding the growth and development of Chinese youth and leading the Chinese youth movement,Xi Jinping has formed his system of thoughts on youth work.In fact,during as early as Xi Jinping?s young age,his thoughts on youth work have been budding.In recent years,with more and more relevant books,documents and reports,we have had more channels to understand Xi Jinping?s political experience and track of ideological evolution.Therefore,the academic research?s focus on Xi Jinping?s thoughts on youth work is also gradually changing,from the series of important statements on youth and youth work issued by Xi Jinping since the 18 th CPC National Congress,to the comprehensive study of his series of important treatises on youth and youth work published in different historical periods.This has also created conditions for us to study more comprehensively,profoundly and accurately on Xi Jinping?s thoughts on youth work.On the basis of previous studies,this paper focuses on several related issues of Xi Jinping?s thoughts on youth work,which mainly consists of four parts.First,the theoretical basis of Xi Jinping?s thoughts on youth work is sorted out.By combing works of Marxist classical writers,including Marx,Engels,and Lenin,as well as thoughts on youth work of leading comrades throughout the country,including Mao Zedong,Deng Xiaoping,Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao,the theoretical basis of Xi Jinping?s thoughts on youth work is explored.Second,the formation and development of Xi Jinping?s thoughts on youth work are probed.Initially,from the international and domestic perspectives,the paper analyzes the time background of the formation and development of Xi Jinping?s thoughts on youth work;then the formation and development of Xi Jinping's thoughts on youth work are divided into the initial stage,the formative stage and the mature stage.Third,the main content and internal logic of Xi Jinping?s thoughts on youth work are summarized.On the one hand,the main contents of Xi Jinping?s thoughts on youth work are summarized from six aspects: attaching importance to youth,uniting youth,education youth,developing youth,leading youth and winning youth.On the other hand,the internal logic of Xi Jinping?s thoughts on youth work is summarized from three aspects: historical logic,theoretical logic,and practical logic.Fourth,the theoretical significance and practical value of Xi Jinping?s thoughts on youth work are discussed.It is believed that of Xi Jinping?s thoughts on youth work inherit and develop the Marxism youth work ideas,enrich and refine Xi Jinping?s socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and provide a guide for young people to grow up and an ideological weapon for youth work in the new era.
