Smart Old-Age Support Service Supply And Demand Balance

Population aging and informationization are two important trends of social development.At present,the proportion of the elderly population in China is growing rapidly.By the end of 2016,the number of elderly people aged 60 and over in China had reached 240 million.It is predicted that China's elderly population will increase to 480 million by 2050.The rapid growth of aging and the growing demand for pension and health services have brought great challenges to China's economic development and social security.At present,due to the low supply level and single supply content of the old-age service,the contradiction between supply and demand of the old-age service is prominent.Therefore,in order to adapt to the new situation and new requirements,we need to change our thinking,use cloud computing,Internet and other information technology,organize and guide multiple suppliers to participate in,integrate supply and demand information,wisdom service,so as to effectively improve the supply level of pension services.Intelligent pension service system is mainly based on the needs of the elderly,combined with the construction of smart cities and smart communities,making overall planning on top-level design,using big data thinking to strengthen the development of information technology,promoting the renewal of old-age concepts,providing diversified,multi-level on-demand services,and stimulating the potential needs of the elderly to change to effective needs.Intelligence guides supply,matches demand with wisdom and builds a platform of wisdom,which not only integrates the resources of old-age services,but also effectively alleviates the contradiction between supply and demand of old-age services.This paper interprets and analyses the working measures and actual operation of intelligent pension service,and combs a large number of literature and related works.Combining theory with practice,this paper analyses the current situation of the development of China's pension service,and finds out the problems of supply and demand in the development of China's pension service.At the same time,combined with the case analysis of Zhiyun Health Care in Ziyang City,the paper summarizes the great significance and practical effect of promoting intelligent pension for solving the contradiction between supply and demand of pension services and improving the level of social pension services.In Ziyang City,the development of intelligent pension service focuses on three aspects: guiding supply through wisdom,matching demand with wisdom,and building platform with wisdom to help balance supply and demand.This paper holds that wise old-age service can solve the problems of insufficient supply and contradiction between supply and demand of old-age service at the practical level.It is very useful to solve the imbalance and insufficiency of the development of old-age service.It is not only the objective need to actively respond to the aging population,but also the trend of the development of old-age society and the power to promote social change.
