Research On Information Disclosure Of Food And Drug Administrative Punishment Cases In Gansu Province

With the implementation of the "Regulations on the Openness of Government Information," the disclosure work of the central and local governments on administrative punishment information has been gradually promoted.Compared with information on sensitive government activities such as state secrets and public finances,the information on administrative punishment cases is easy and low-risk.Therefore,localities have publicized the administrative punishment of government information in some key areas as a highlight project,and accordingly,the legal norms used to guide the disclosure of administrative punishment information have been simultaneously introduced,and theories began to study this hot issue.At the same time,the practice situation in various places has also received much attention.From the standpoint of empirical analysis,this paper focuses on what is the problem,why and how to deal with the problems in the practice of information disclosure in the administrative punishment cases of Gansu Province.It is mainly divided into the following four parts: Firstly,it clarifies the theoretical basis of the existence and operation of the information disclosure system for food administrative punishment cases,clarifies the core concepts and development context,and gives theoretical research significance and practical significance to the information disclosure of administrative punishment cases.Recalling the current normative system,the specific analysis of the norms and regulations followed by Gansu Province,which is the attribution of the survey report,is used to refine the criteria for measuring the information disclosure of the administrative punishment cases in Gansu Province;secondly,displaying the collected data by charts,and summarizes the actual status of the data reflected in the data,analyzes and evaluates them,and finds out the problems in practice;further,through empirical research methods,combining theory with reality,exploring constraints and the cause of the information disclosure effect of the administrative punishment cases for food and medicine in Gansu Province;finally,based on the problems found and the causes of the problems,seeking solutions to the problems,and feasible conclusions of perfecting the information disclosure system for the administrative punishment cases of food and medicine in Gansu Province.
