Research Of Managing Illegal Fund Raising By Jining City Government

Since the reform and opening-up,China's economic base and superstructure have been undergoing profound changes.On the one hand,various economic subjects enjoy the dividends of reform and the fruits of economic development.On the other hand,the demand of some economic entities has not been met effectively,and the problems of financing which is difficult and expensive are still outstanding.Especially in recent years,our country economy downward pressure is still large,enterprises with difficulties in operation and fracture of the capital chain are increasing,all kinds of folk financing risk exposure in succession,illegal fund-raising cases occur frequently in various places,not only seriously affect the local economic and social development and stability,but also a serious threat to the whole national economic and financial order.Therefore,the comprehensive systematic research on the issue of illegal fund-raising is significant and has become an important challenge for governments and a litmus test for the government's administrative ability.In the perspective of Jining illegal fund-raising problems,this study using the literature research,case analysis method,field survey method and other methods,the situation and characteristics of Jining illegal fund-raising is analyzed,the causes of illegal fund-raising problems are discussed in this paper.The study finds that the essence of illegal fund-raising is a series of contradictions arising from the mismatch between the demand for economic development and the current administration.In the past,the current illegal fund-raising methods have been constantly updated with new financial instruments and the network's powerful transmission force.There is no denying that government departments are still lacking in handling illegal fund-raising cases.Therefore,in order to create a good economic development environment,maximum limit reducing the loss of the social public,the government should plan as a whole to use economic,legal,administrative,ideological education,continuously improve the level of monitoring and early warning,timely discover and dispose of all kinds of illegal fund-raising cases.
