Research On The Content And Structure Of Community Citizenship Behavior

Community citizenship behavior(CCB)is a role in favor of the organization's behavior,By a series of informal cooperative behavior,With the intensification of competition,the organizational structure of the flat,more and more civic behavior of community organizations for the organization managers attent.In recent years,the study of citizen behavior has become a hot topic.However,our research on this field is still in its infancy.Organizational citizenship behavior is largely influenced by culture.The results of Western studies can not be translated into Chinese culture.Therefore,how to maximize the potential and advantages of people,so that employees voluntarily show more conducive to community behavior,has important theoretical and practical significance.Public Service Motivation(PSM)is a special form of altruistic motivation and pro-social motivation that arises from certain traits or values in public institutions or public missions.It advocates public spirits,altruism and pro-social behavior.The western public management scholar's research results on the concept of public service motivation in the western context reveal the origins of public service motives,non-utilitarian connotations,and public service motives.Public policy,public interest commitment,compassion,self-sacrifice and extension structure and charity,publicism,patriotism and humanitarianism.In the process of perfecting the theory of public service motivation,analyzing its connotation and linking with other theories,it also opens up a new mind and perspective on how public organizations can further mobilize the enthusiasm of employees.At the end of this paper,the author summarizes the results of the study and points out the importance of mobilizing the enthusiasm of the staff in the community organization.On this basis,the shortcomings of the above studies are pointed out,and future research directions are prospected.
