Study On The Information Construction Of Judicial Trial Of Justice And Convenience

The intelligent era with big data application as the main feature has opened the fourth industrial revolution in human history.At the same time,the judicial reform of the court is in full swing.The reform of the judicial system aims to promote justice and convenience and its essence is the modernization of judicial trial capacity.The information construction is an important means to promote the modernization of the trial capacity of the court.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the information construction of judicial trial of justice and convenience.With the guidance of the new public service theory,the thesis tries to summarize the law of the information construction of the court by using the Nolan information system growth model to compare the practice of information construction of domestic and foreign courts,and then proposes an overall plan for the information construction of the People's Court of N District.The thesis is divided into three parts.Firstly,it studies the new public service theory and the information system growth model.It also expounds the connotation of the judicial trial of the court,the frontier applications of the court's informationization and the practical significance of the court's information construction.It clarifies the guiding significance of the new public service theory for improving the judicial trial capability,and also analyzes the growth dynamics of the information system.Then the thesis focuses on the analysis of the practice of information construction in foreign and domestic courts,and evaluates the information construction of domestic and foreign courts through the new public service theory and the information system growth model of Nolan.On the basis of comparing the information construction of domestic and foreign courts,the thesis makes a summary of the law of the information construction of the court.Finally,the thesis puts forward the overall plan for the information construction of the People's Court of N District and elaborates on the three levels of needs analysis,top-level planning,and overall architecture.
