Study On Village Official Leading Villagers Entrepreneurship Of University Students Based On The Context Rural Revitalization Strategy

Against the background of the implementation of the strategy of rural rejuvenation at the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,a proposal was put forward for the promotion of rural talents revitalization policy.The college student village official plan is one of the major decisions made by the Central Committee of the party.They have many ideas,innovations,and strong influence.At the same time,they lead the peasants to innovate and start their own business,and better promote the economic and social development of rural areas.It is also their historical mission given by the times.Through their own efforts,these young people can lead the villagers to get rich together and can promote the entire productivity development.The village official of Rongchang District of Chongqing University has always been the highlight of the work of village officials in the city.It has been repeatedly reported by the media such as Hualongwang and Qiyi Network.The organization departments of various districts and counties in the city also conduct field research and study,which has certain representativeness.And reference.This paper is based on the case study of Rongchang district of Chongqing,summarizes the successful experience,analyzes the problems in the process of entrepreneurship,the reasons,and puts forward countermeasures based on the background of rural revitalization strategy.It is not only beneficial to consolidate the construction of party organizations,bring fresh blood to the countryside,and promote the growth of young talents.It is of theoretical significance for the study of college students and village officials leading villagers 'entrepreneurship under the background of enriching rural revitalization strategy.In the early stages of the thesis,a large amount of work was done.A large amount of data was collected through libraries and major portal websites,and interviews were conducted with the relevant heads of the organizational departments of the organization departments,some representatives of university students 'village officials,and the chairmen of university students' village officials 'cooperatives,and the interview data was collated and collected.Screening and sorting of relevant policy documents.Through the methods of literature research,interview investigation,theoretical analysis,and statistical analysis,the public policy of public administration and the theoretical basis of public service were analyzed,and the existing problems were mainly found from the perspective of the village officials themselves,including entrepreneurial consciousness.Seven aspects of the project selection,technical gaps,self-capabilities,risk assessment,fear of setbacks,and the survival of the project were analyzed,and the reasons for the problems were analyzed.By combining the strategic policies of rural revitalization,the current practical methods,and the relevant experience and practices in the relevant literature,we have put forward countermeasures,including stimulating entrepreneurial enthusiasm,precise entrepreneurial projects,overcoming technical difficulties,improving comprehensive capabilities,establishing a risk guarantee system,and raising the level of entrepreneurship.Explore multiple ways to connect.This paper combines the role of public policy in strengthening public services provided by rural areas.It is also the overall plan of the country to promote the efficiency of social resource allocation by leading villagers to start their own businesses to achieve common prosperity.
