Design And Implementation Of Loudi Skynet Video Monitoring System

"Skynet" construction is an important livelihood project,is an important practice of social management from human resources management to science and technology management,is an important means to innovate social management,improve the effectiveness of government management.The construction of Loudi Skynet project is based on the construction of high-definition video surveillance,and the high-definition video surveillance network covering the whole city is built.The video network sharing platform is built to provide image resource sharing services for urban management,counter-terrorism,disaster relief and emergency command.In this paper,we designed the Loudi Skynet network to carry a modular,hierarchical design,the use of passive optical network(PON)technology front-end camera and core layer switch interconnection,the combination of redundant routes and double-click hot standby mode to ensure the reliability of equipment and links,and the use of virtualization In this way,the core layer devices are integrated,so that the network transmission process adopts a two-tier fast forwarding architecture,and the link aggregation technology is allocated to ensure the performance and reliability of the whole network.In this paper,we design a shared monitoring platform based on the framework of the SOA architecture design system.We adopt J2 EE architecture as the specification of application implementation,and support the multi-tier architecture design of the central platform by separating the front-end display,the middle business layer and the back-end data storage,which can meet the requirements of cross-Hardware platform and cross-operation.Requirements of the system;Web Service based on open standards and technologies to achieve docking and integration of other business systems,cross-platform heterogeneous multi-source data access and interoperability;B/S architecture to provide better user interaction experience.The Loudi Skynet Project takes the opportunity of building an information platform to explore ways and means to improve the ability of public security prevention and control,deepen the mechanism innovation of public security prevention and control under the new situation,form a leading domestic managementand service mechanism and build a peaceful city with distinctive characteristics of Loudi.
