Research On Marx's Theory Of Division Of Labor

The division of labor is the overall factor for the good operation of the society.In the process of China socialist market economy construction,it is an inevitable choice to actively promote the rational development of division of labor,so that we can serve our country high speed and healthy socialist market economy construction to the greatest extent.Actively promoting the rational development of the division of labor is also a necessary condition for realizing the free and all-round development of the Chinese people.However,with the development of society,the current division of labor in China is unreasonable,the division of labor is not fully developed,the urban and rural industrial structure is not balanced,and the gap between the income and social status of laborers in different industries is serious.The old forms of division of the labor,such as brain-body division of the labor,urban rural division of the labor,occupational division of labor,need to be improved.We all know that the division of labor has its own dual qualities.How to make full use of the positive role of division of labor and try to avoid its negative impacts is a major challenge facing our country at present.Therefore in the process of market economy operation,dialectically applying Marx's theory of division of labor to change the unreasonable stratum division,eliminate the alienation caused by division of labor,optimize the industrial structure,coordinate urban and rural development,effectively avoid the negative impact of division of labor,safeguard the healthy development of China's market economy and build a harmonious socialist society is of great significance to ensure the smooth operation of China's market economy.this paper consists of four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the research purpose,research status quo at home and abroad,research significance and research methods of the theory of the division of labor.The second chapter writes the theoretical background of Marx's theory of division of labor,including the generalization of its theoretical origins and the detailed analysis of the formation of division of labor.In the third chapter author point outs the dual purport of Marx's theory of division of labor,which is the core part and innovation of the article.The author mainly shows the dual purport of the division of labor through the dual horizons,dual attributes and dual effects three aspects.In Marx's theoretical perspective,the core category of division of labor belongs to the dual field of economics and philosophy.The division of labor itself has the dual identity attribute of productive forces and relations of production.And the division of the labor also has positive and negative dual effects on social development and human development.Marx believes that the future development trend of division of labor is to eliminate the old-style division of labor.Considering that the negative impact of division of labor and the development of science and technology providing an opportunity for the elimination of the old division of labor,we propose that we should establish the new division of labor and describe a feasible prospects of the future division of labor at last.The fourth chapter of the thesis mainly studies the theoretical value,practical significance and enlightenment of Marx's theory of division of labor.Through the analysis of the present situation and problems of division of labor,the following reasonable suggestions are put forward.Scientifically recognizing present situation of division of labor in China and optimizing the structure of China industrial division of labor;Attaching importance to the innovation of science and technology to promote the full development of division of labor;Constantly improving China's distribution system to promote fair power to enjoy common resources;through multi-pronged efforts Creating positive conditions to nurture the formation of new division of labor.Efforts should be made to achieve the goal of abandoning the old division of labor,promoting the full division of labor,reducing alienated labor,improving the division of labor,and coordinating urban and rural development.Marx's research on division of labor is pioneering and revolutionary.This paper studies the essence of division of labor and its effect on human beings from the dual perspectives of Marxist philosophy and political economics.It always adheres to the idea of combining Marx's theory of division of labor with the problems in the development of China's economic market.We will always adhere to the theory of Marx's division of labor as the theoretical basis for solving the current unreasonable division of labor division,inadequate development of division of labor,and unbalanced development of urban and rural industrial structure.This paper tries to explore various problems about the division of labor in the process of market economy development,and puts forward some feasible countermeasures in theory according to the reality.
