As one of the new things under the new normal economic situation,the Internet contract car is developing rapidly with the rapid development of Internet+.It provides people with convenient and fast travel experience.Meanwhile,the market access restrictions such as net car registration restrictions,wheelbase displacement and other row problems continue to emerge.There is room for improvement.At present,the rapid development of “Internet+” will make the convergence and integration of transportation and Internet become the trend of the times,and at the same time,it will bring new opportunities to the legal system reform of the online car restriction industry.In order to achieve a healthy and orderly development of the online car-booking industry,this paper will analyze the development of the online car-booking industry under the new normal economy and the evolution of China's market access standard system.It will start with perfecting the relevant legislation of online car-booking market access,introducing a fair competition review system,promoting the establishment of a systematic market access mechanism,and improving the access system of online car-booking industry,and so on,and put forward the optimization of online car-booking industry.The suggestion of market access is in order to provide legal system guarantee for the healthy and orderly development of the online car restriction industry,so as to make the online car restriction better serve the society.At the same time,the author hopes that the conclusions of this paper can provide reference for the establishment of market access standards for other emerging industries,and then contribute a little to the development of market economy in China.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this paper is divided into four parts:The first part is “Overview of Market Access of Online Appointment Vehicle Industry”.This part elaborates the basic concepts of Online Appointment Vehicle and the legal basis theory of market access system,in order to analyze the current situation and problems of market access system of online Appointment Vehicle Industry in China,and then to put forward suggestions to improve the theoretical basis.The second part is “the analysis of the current situation and problems of market access system in China's online car-booking industry”,which mainly analyses the current situation of market access in China's online car-booking industry,evaluates the empirical effect of market access in the online car-booking industry,deeply analyses the necessity and appropriateness of setting up,and combines the development of Internet+under the new normal economy with the analysis of appropriateness.The main principles that should be followed in the market access settings of the networking car industry are put forward.At the same time,through the induction of the market access settings of the networked car industry,this paper points out the outstanding problems existing in the market access of the networked car industry,in order to put forward the optimization suggestions pertinently.The third part is “Empirical Evaluation of Market Access System of Foreign Online Rendering Vehicle Industry”.This part studies the current situation of market access of foreign online Rendering Vehicle Industry,compares the empirical effect of market access of foreign online Rendering Vehicle Industry,summarizes the successful experience of foreign taxi industry market access,and then combines with China's national conditions,and extracts the benefits of improving China's online Rendering Vehicle Market Access.Inspiration.The fourth part is “the legal optimization suggestions of market access system for China's online car-appointment industry”.In this part,the author puts forward his own optimization suggestions by studying and analyzing the problems existing in the market access of China's online car-appointment industry.Firstly,the legitimacy review should be carried out in the formulation of rules for the implementation of online car restriction.Secondly,the fair competition review mechanism should be implemented in the market access standards of online car restriction from the perspective of economic law.Finally,on the basis of improving the relevant legal system,the access standards of online car restriction industry should be scientifically planned,the market environment of fair competition of online car restriction industry should be created,and the existing market of online car restriction should be refined.In order to promote the integration of traditional cruise taxi and online taxi,and seek the best balance between relaxing market access and strengthening market access.
