Research On Social Security Coverage Policy Implementation In Anjia Town Of Yunxi County

Social security,as a form of redistribution of national income is realized through the system of social security policies and measures that are regularly implemented in accordance with certain definite rules and regulations by law.Generally speaking,social security consists of social insurance?social assistance and social welfare.Yunxi County,as a poverty-stricken area of the country,will take 2019 as the year for the county to complete the task of overcoming poverty in an all-round way,which makes the position of a batch of social security policies in the "five batches(five measures of overcoming poverty)" more important.How to precisely alleviate poverty,how to ensure that the social security policy is put into practice,and how to achieve the goal of Yunxi County's poverty alleviation in 2019 have become the top priority to be solved urgently.This paper takes the social assistance of civil affairs departments in social security as the research core,and combines theoretical analysis with empirical analysis,systematic analysis with field investigation.In order to find out the problems existing in the implementation of social security and the immature thinking of solving the problems,we should constantly enrich the precise poverty alleviation policy research with social security as its content.The main framework of this paper is divided into five parts:The first part mainly elaborates the background and significance of the research? the research summary at home and abroad?the framework of research ideas? research methods and other aspects.The second part mainly elaborates the relevant research of the social security policy,and defines its connotation and extension from three aspects: definition? characteristics and evolution.In the third part,starting from the field research,the author summarizes and analyses the evolution,development,present situation and predicament of the social security policy in Anjia village,Yunxi County,which is the social relief situation with the Government Civil Affairs Department as the core.The fourth part sums up the main problems existing in above social security relief.The fifth part puts forward some superficial countermeasures and suggestions in view of the above discussion and research,with a hope to benefit the district.
