Since the reform and opening up,the speed of urbanization has been accelerating. While enjoying the economic, cultural and ecological development achievements brought about by the process of urbanization development, people also encountered the problems brought about by a series of urban transformation projects, such as the transformation of old urban areas and the construction of new urban areas, especially during the demolition process. The social problems brought about by the intensification of conflicts of interest are more prominent. This paper takes the demolition work of three plots in T City of Jilin Province as the survey sample, and focuses on the behavior choice of each behavioral subject in the process of demolition from the perspective of sociology, and uses the questionnaire survey method and the field research method to transform the T city. The social problems exposed in the analysis are analyzed.Based on the sociological theory and the field investigation, the relevant empirical analysis of the demolition work in T City is carried out,and relevant countermeasures and suggestions are proposed based on the situation of the field research. This paper is divided into the following five parts:The first chapter introduces the background, purpose and significance of the research, reviews the related literatures such as the interest game in the demolition, describes the theoretical basis, and defines the related concepts; The second chapter describes the characteristics of land expropriation and demolition in T City of Jilin Province and the main body of interest, and establishes the relationship between the main interests of T city's behavior, that is,the relationship between the government and the demolished, the government and the village committee, the government and the developers, the demolished and the developers, the developers and the village committee and the villagers have no direct relationship; The third chapter lists case studies of field investigations, such as collective petitions, corruption of grassroots cadres, and vague role of village collectives; The fourth chapter lists the problems arising during the demolition process:violent protests and conflicts in the process of passive demolition and demolition;from the sociological theory, through the theory of structural function, conflict theory, social class theory and other theories, the actual analysis is carried out to understand the purpose of the each agent:the government puts the political achievements first, the developer takes the economic benefits as the goal, and the expropriated person obtains more additional compensation. It analyzes the social problems arising from the demolition process, explores the contradictions and conflicts between the various actors, and the imbalance of interest distribution. It also proposes the establishment of a reasonable demolition benefit distribution mechanism, appropriate government intervention and a benign interaction model. It also analyzes the causes of the problems, pays attention to the operation mode and process of the state power departments and developers in a strong relationship in the process of demolition, and also analyzes the psychology and behavior of the village collectives and the expropriated persons facing the demolition situation. In the process of demolition, the side with a strong relationship makes the demolished person move away by means of infiltration, coercion, lure and so on.When the expropriated person faces the offensive of strong relationship and the disintegration of alliance,he will soon give up the collective resistance, which will be transformed into seeking more benefits through the individual action of resistance. The fifth chapter mainly proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the social problems brought about by the demolition of T city.
