Tax inspection is an important work in the national tax work.It bears an important mission in the process of national economic development,especially for the grass-roots tax authorities.Since the tax authorities began to carry out tax inspection and law enforcement work,there are often risks of tax inspection and law enforcement,which are due to the improper conduct in the process of tax inspection and law enforcement and the customs of tax inspection and law enforcement.The serious absence of risk prevention measures has also led to a high rate of failure of tax authorities in various administrative departments throughout the country.Therefore,to guard against the risk of tax inspection law enforcement and improve the efficiency of tax authorities has become the direction of tax inspection department reform.With the rapid economic development of Chengdu G District,the difficulty of tax inspection of Chengdu G District tax authorities has been increased.At the same time,with the rapid development of economy,tax violations are more common,so it is more necessary to strengthen tax inspection.Taking Chengdu G District Tax Inspection Bureau as an example,based on the theory of risk management,starting with the related concepts of risk management and tax inspection law enforcement risk,this paper first introduces the general situation of the Bureau in the aspects of inspection,the status quo of inspection law enforcement work and the main risks existing in the inspection law enforcement work,and then extracts the causes of tax inspection law enforcement risk and carries out it.Finally,it puts forward practical countermeasures and suggestions based on the actual situation of Chengdu G District Tax Inspection Bureau.This article takes the actual case as the object,analyses the difficulties and risks encountered by Chengdu G District Tax Inspection Bureau in the specific inspection work from different levels and angles,and analyses these risks and problems,studies the causes of their formation,puts forward new challenges and improvement measures to the existing management mechanism and risk prevention,and has certain significance to the tax inspection work of the whole tax authorities reference value.
