Design And Implementation Of Judicial Case Study Platform

With the rapid economic and social development and rapid changes of social contradictions in China,the public hopes to have more judicial cases to provide basic legal advisory services.In the traditional offline selection system of judicial cases,there are fewer actual case writers,and the number of output cases is far from enough to meet the public’s requirements.Therefore,it is very meaningful to develop an Internet judicial case study platform to attract more legal groups to select cases quickly and conveniently through the internet.Recommendation system is an effective way to obtain accurate information.It can provide accurate information push service through user interest model and target attribute characteristics.With the rapid growth of case data,users need to spend more time to find suitable cases,so it is very important to build recommendation system.Firstly,this paper analyses the current situation and shortcomings of judicial case study management.With the help of Internet technology,a B/S structure judicial case study platform is developed to support multi-terminal case selection.Users can select cases anytime and anywhere,which greatly improves the efficiency and quantity of case selection.This paper also uses content recommendation,label recommendation,user-project collaborative filtering and other recommendation algorithms,designs and implements case retrieval and personalized recommendation functions,solves the problems of low recommendation accuracy and cold start in single recommendation,and makes more members of the legal community willing to participate in case study.Finally,in terms of technology implementation,this paper chooses VUE technology to realize front-end and back-end separate research and development under the framework of micro-service,and integrates mobile terminal and website terminal,which greatly reduces the workload of project research and development and saves the cost of implementation.
