There are three main types of tokens issued by ICO,namely,applied tokens,equity tokens ande asset tokens.According to the different issuance of tokens,ICO is divided into three types.In reality,more ICO issues equity tokens.The international standard for such ICO is guadually taking shape.,and the United States,Canada and other countries mostly include it in the securities law for regulation.International regulation of ICO can be roughly divided into three categories:first,case evaluation decides to apply securities law,such as the United States;second,special laws ande regulations,such as Russia;the third is to include the regulatory sandbox,such as Canada.The concept of securities in China is relatively narrow,mainly including standardized securities such as stocks and bonds,so this type of ICO can not be incorporated into the securities law.In view of ICO is a new financial activity and the particularity of China's regulatory system,we should conduct penetrating supervision of ICO,see the essence through phenomena,and grasp its financial essence.Specific measures include:strengthening information disclosure,improving supervision and technology,introducing special laws and regulations,strengthening supervision of the ICO platform,establishing an investor protection system,expanding the scope of securities,inthoducing regulatory sandbox,and strengthening international cooperation.
