In recent years,with the functional transformation of our government departments,the continuous improvement of management level,followed by the management of civil servants and civil servants' performance appraisal has became one of the important factors in civil servants' management,so it is particularly important to optimize civil servants' performance appraisal and improve the management level of civil servants.Customs is the national entry and exit supervision and administration department.In the process of reform and development,there are also some problems in the performance appraisal system of customs civil servants.Therefore,by studying the problems existing in SJC customs civil servant performance appraisal system,this paper can fully reflect the problems of civil servant performance management and performance appraisal satisfaction evaluation.Based on the theory of fairness,the theory of hierarchy of needs and the theory of expectation,this paper studies the performance appraisal of SJC customs civil servants systematically.First of all,the domestic and foreign literature is systematically reviewed,and the relevant theories and concepts are clarified;secondly,the current situation of SJC customs civil servants' performance appraisal is understood through the way of issuing questionnaires,and descriptive analysis is carried out to find out the problems and defects,that is,the appraisal system is not perfect,the appraisal indicators and weight design are unreasonable,and the appraisal results are highly inaccurate,and soon.Third,in view of the problems existing in the performance appraisal of SJC customs civil servants and the actual situation,the 360 ° performance appraisal method is used to optimize the performance appraisal system,performance appraisal steps,performance appraisal feedback mechanism and performance appraisal result appraisal.Finally,according to the actual situation of SJC customs,the paper puts forward the scheme of performance appraisal optimization,which is optimized from four aspects: performance appraisal index system,performance appraisal cycle and process,interview feedback and appeal system and the application of performance appraisal results.The implementation process and key links,key issues in the implementation process and the support and promotion of the leaders in the customs to ensure the performance appraisal.The optimization scheme of the core can be implemented.
