China's economy has shifted from the stage of high-speed growth to the stage of high-quality development,and the overall situation of social security has been diversified.Improving the level of social governance socialization,legalization,intelligence,and specialization is an important measure to accelerate the creation of a social governance pattern of joint construction,co-governance and sharing,strengthen institutionalization of social governance,and improve the guarantee of the rule of law.The public security organs shoulder the important responsibility of maintaining national political stability and social stability.As the sharp-edged force among them,the public security special police play an important role in countering terrorism and preventing riots and maintaining stability.In the management of special police teams of public security organs,the study of incentive issues is particularly important in promoting the regularization of public security police teams and improving the overall work efficiency of public security police teams.The public security level of the special police detachment of the H City Public Security Bureau has been improved year by year,which is related to the achievements of this team in recent years.Rewards,benefits,team management concepts,job promotion systems,job training systems,career development plans and other incentive issues need to be further improved.This article refers to the modern theory of incentives,from the perspective of elaborating the existing incentive problems of the Special Police Detachment of the H City Public Security Bureau,through the literature analysis method,questionnaire survey method,statistical analysis method,consult relevant data,organize the questionnaire results,use SPSS The software performs statistical analysis on reliability,validity,descriptiveness,non-parameters,and correlation of the questionnaire.Based on the theory and practical work,it deeply analyzes the problems in the incentive factors of the special police detachment of the H City Public Security Bureau.The study found that the incentive measures of the Special Police Detachment of the Public Security Bureau of City H were imperfect,and the construction of the incentive system was not in place,which in turn affected the work enthusiasm and overall work efficiency of the public security special police teammembers,which restricted the development process of the regular construction of this special police force.Based on the above research results,this study proposes a seven-point countermeasure analysis in terms of incentive factors.First,it is necessary to improve the salary distribution system and increase the implementation of policies;second,to improve the construction of work facilities and fill in the shortcomings of software and hardware in team construction;third,to formulate a "people-oriented" job security system to effectively improve security Ability;Fourth,create a harmonious and equivalent administrative culture to ensure smooth communication channels;Fifth,establish a scientific and reasonable promotion system to ensure fair and transparent job promotion;Sixth,create a more complete training system to promote the institutionalization of education and training Construction;seventh,build a solid career development platform and plan a feasible career development system.It is hoped that the above countermeasures and suggestions can play a reference role in the construction and management of the special police detachment of the H City Public Security Bureau in the future.
