In recent years,the rapid development of community correction in our country,all over the country to carry out the work of community correction,community correction system as one of the non-confinement penalty execution method,avoids imprisonment punishment may cause cross infection,and reduce the cost of execution,at the same time,not only to better safeguard the rights and interests of the community correction object,and conducive to the community correction object resocialization.Judicial offices part-time but because our country is more responsible for the work of community correction,to rectify the lack of professional staff and professional way,so much is not effective in view of the actual situation of the community correction object to carry out the rectification work.This study selected the cognition deviation of community correction workers as the service object use of professional social work method to explore change community correction object can't have a correct understanding social community correction work,not rational even to their own problems,and through the actual case services,help the community correction object to change its cognitive deviation problem.First,this study applies questionnaire and semi-structured interviews and participatory observation to gather information about community correction object,after established professional relationship with the community correction object has carried on the forecast to the problem,determine to cognitive biases,its cognitive biases mainly displays in:in punishment consciousness is weak,the way of thinking,social negative attitude and incorrect self-cognition four aspects;The main reasons for the cognitive deviation of orthodontic objects are:low education degree,improper parenting methods,poor contact information,and exclusion from neighbors and colleagues;According to the cause of the problem,the author chooses the cognitive behavioral therapy mode to intervene and analyzes the applicability of this model.At the same time,the service plan is set up,the service target and the specific service content are determined.In the evaluation of service,through quantitative assessment,observe assessment,target to complete the degree evaluation from three aspects,the comprehensive assessment of the effect of the intervention,can be seen from the results of the assessment of the community correction object cognitive deviation problem got obvious improvement.Finally,the researchers from the social work intervention in community correction object cognition deviation of the superiority and the insufficiency,the social work intervention of ethical reflection,the role of social worker involvement in the aspect of the service are summarized and reflection,affirmed the cognitive behavioral therapy mode in correcting the positive role of community correction object cognitive deviation issue,but also reflects on the limitations of the model and carried out in practice in the process of problem such as the use of practical skills and ethical dilemmas,and further emphasizes the social work intervention in community correction object cognitive deviation problem of the important role and significance.
