Research On Dialectical Thinking In Xi Jinping's Thought Of Rule By Law

Since eighteen,General Secretary Xi Jinping has put forward a series of new propositions and new judgements on the construction of rule of law,which contain rich philosophical theories and dialectical thoughts.This paper makes a detailed study and analysis of the dialectical thinking in Xi Jinping's rule of law thinking,aiming at revealing the dialectical law in the process of building China under the rule of law,and providing an important theoretical basis for the realization of China's socialist rule of law.This article analyzes from four levels: first,the purpose and mode of thinking of Xi Jinping's rule of law are analyzed.Xi Jinping's thought of rule of law is embodied in the insistence on proceeding from the reality of China,adhering to the integrity and systematization of the implementation of the rule of law,and adhering to the unity of rule of law,rule of law,rule of law and the rule of law in the light of development.The thinking mode of Xi Jinping's rule of law thought aims at revealing the overall consciousness and problem consciousness in his mode of thinking.The two is to analyze Xi Jinping's dialectical thinking related to the rule of law.The construction of the rule of law is the realistic need of constructing the "community" of the human destiny of the rule of law.We should grasp the rule of virtue and the rule of law at one hand,and both hands should be hard.We should adhere to the organic unity of the party's leadership,the people's ownership and the rule of law.We should combine the rule of law with the "five in one" to promote and build together.We should fully coordinate the "four comprehensive" strategic layout and push forward the new realm of rule of law.Three,the theoretical significance of dialectical thinking in Xi Jinping's rule of law thought is analyzed.Through analysis,we have a new understanding of the world situation,national conditions and the party situation,a new perspective on the top-level design and overall performance of the thought of rule of law,a new method to promote the relationship between "rule of law" and "rule of virtue",a new line to resolve the relationship between cadres and the masses,a new idea to explore the relationship between international rule of law and national rule of law There is a new strategy for judging the relationship between the near-term and the long-term.The four is to analyze the practical value of dialectical thinking from Xi Jinping's rule of law thought.The practical value of dialectical thinking in Xi Jinping's thought of rule of law is deep,including Marx's world outlook and philosophy of rule of law.It is conducive to a correct understanding of the relationship between "rule of law" and "rule of man",to the realization of the "Chinese dream" of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,to the overall promotion of the construction of a harmonious society,to better play to the socialist market economy,to thinking about the legal issues of "community of shared destiny",and to promoting the construction of ecological civilization by the method of rule of law.The dialectical thinking in Xi Jinping's rule of law requires us to achieve overall consideration in the construction of the rule of law and have dialectical thinking.We should continue to innovate and develop on the basis of continuous development of excellent rule of law experience,fully establish the correct concept of rule of law,and handle the relationship between different subjects of society at the same time,so as to push the construction of the rule of law to a new level.
