Study On The Foundation,Obstacles And Measures Of Media Cooperation In The Context Of Sino-Russian Strategic Partnership

This paper is one of the contents of a major bidding project of the National Social Science Fund,"Study on Sino-Russian Media Cooperation and the Construction of International Public Speaking Power"(17ZDA289).The purpose is to explore and analyze the foundation,obstacles and solutions for the cooperation between the media of the two countryes in the context of the strategic partnership between China and Russia.The thesis consists of four core contents,identifying relevant concepts,exploring the basis and basis of cooperation between China and Russia,and analyzing the main obstacles and countermeasures in media cooperation between the two countries.The first part uses interdisciplinary research methods to comprehensively apply international political science,sociology,psychology and economics knowledge,and mainly defines the basis of China-Russia media cooperation and the concept of obstacles.The second part mainly analyzes the background,purpose and significance of the media cooperation between the two countries,the political,economic and social foundations,and the regional organization platforms that can be used.The system analysis method is used to deeply analyze the close relationship between China-Russia media cooperation and the international media structure,the political construction of the two countries,economic development and social exchanges.The third part focuses on the development of media cooperation between China and Russia.The media cooperation and exchange mechanism has been established between the governments,industries and academia of the two countries,and the current status of media cooperation between the two countries is systematically summarized.The fourth part uses comparative research to analyze the differences between China and Russia in terms of media system,media policy,media technology,and audience language,and puts forward specific suggestions for this.Through the above research,we can find that the cooperation between the Chinese and Russian media has a relatively solid foundation and broad space.However,the cooperation between the media of the two countries is not smooth and will encounter some unexpected obstacles.This requires the governments of the two countries And other cooperative entities must continue to adopt innovative and constructive solutions in the process of cooperation.
