Research On Villagers' Autonomy From The Perspective Of Grassroots Social Governance

Although the newly revised "Regulations on the Disclosure of Government Information" has been formally implemented,the original "administrative agencies should establish and improve the confidentiality review mechanism for government information release" is changed to "the administrative organs should establish and improve the government information disclosure review mechanism." But up to now,administrative agencies have basically used the review system established before,and have not carried out a completely new system construction.The current government information disclosure confidentiality review mechanism still has many deficiencies in the review subject,review standards and other procedures,so the establishment of a new government information disclosure review mechanism has become an urgent issue.This paper starts with the theory of administrative law contained in the government information open review mechanism,and analyzes the operation status of the government information open review mechanism,including its positive role and shortcomings,and provides suggestions for the improvement of the government information open review mechanism.Improve the government information disclosure review mechanism to correctly handle the relationship between disclosure and confidentiality,thereby promoting the good operation of the government information disclosure system.
