The Perfection Of The Procuratorial Supervision System Of Civil Execution In China

At present,the system of civil execution procuratorial supervision is at a developing stage.At this stage,there are many different views on the theory of civil execution procuratorial supervision system.At present,there are still some issues to be discussed about the issues related to the implementation of the procuratorial supervision system in civil affairs.This article searches the big data of some departments and compares it through statistical data to study the current situation of China's civil enforcement procuratorial system in China.In this article,we analyze the data of civil execution prosecution supervision of H provincial inspection,summarize the research of experts and scholars in this field in recent years,and compare some of the legal provisions of China's Civil Procedure Law so as to found some problems in the current civil enforcement procuratorial supervision system,and at the same time put forward some of my own ideas about the problems in these civil enforcement procuratorial supervision systems.The innovation of this article is to first summarize the more controversial areas in the current civil execution procuratorial system,on this basis,I put forward some of my own views,and secondly,I give some of my own suggestions for some problems that have arisen in legislation and judicial practice.
