Research On Xi Jinping's Concept Of Young Talents

Young talents,as the center and focus of young groups,have always been attached great importance by the previous leading groups of the party.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,general secretary Xi Jinping has made a series of important speeches on young talents for youth talents related work and published on different occasions,forming his youth talent view.At the same time,it reflects Xi Jinping's general secretary's high regard for young talents.In the nineteen major reports,general secretary Xi Jinping expounded on the important role of the youth,and put forward that the younger generation is in a very crucial position in the development of the country and the nation.At the same time,it is also pointed out that talent is an important strategic resource of our country and occupies an important position in realizing national revitalization and winning the initiative in international competition.It can be seen that young talents play an important role in the development of our country in the new era.It is of great significance to further study Xi Jinping's view of young talents to further promote the work of young talents in China in the new era.Based on all the elaboration of young talents by general secretary Xi Jinping since2012,this paper systematically explores the young talents view of Xi Jinping by adopting the methods of literature research,historical analysis,theory and practice,striving to analyze and summarize the origin and background of its formation,and accurately grasp the main contents,characteristics and values of Xi Jinping's youth talent view,with a view to Chinese youth.Provide reference for talent work in.The paper mainly includes five parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly clarifies the background and significance of the topic selection,summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad,introduces the research ideas,research contents,research methods,key issues and main innovations to be solved,and explains the relevant concepts.The second part: The background and origin of Xi Jinping's view on young talents.This paper mainly analyses the background of Xi Jinping's view on young talents from three aspects: domestic,international and young talents themselves,and analyses the theoretical origin of Xi Jinping's view on young talents from the perspectives of Chinese excellent traditional talent theory,Marxist classical writers' view on talents,and the view on young talents of successive leading collectives of the Communist Party of China.It also analyses the practical origin of Xi Jinping's view of young talents from three aspects: the seven years of educated youth of General Secretary Xi Jinping,the experience of the local office period and the reality of managing the country and politics.The third part: The main content of Xi Jinping's view on young talents.The main contents of Xi Jinping's view on young talents are mainly explored from the aspects of self-encouragement of young talents,cultivation of young talents,identification of young talents,and use of young talents.The fourth part: The distinct characteristics of Xi Jinping's view on young talents.This paper mainly explores the four distinct characteristics of Xi Jinping's view on young talents,namely,the unity of inheritance and innovation,the unity of integrity and pertinence,the unity of epoch and foresight,and the unity of science and practice.The fifth part: The value implication of Xi Jinping's concept of young talents.It mainly explores and analyzes the value implication of Xi Jinping's concept of young talents from the theoretical and practical aspects.
