The development of the new generation of Internet information technology has made the competition between e-commerce platforms increasingly hot,and the e-commerce platform has exclusive transaction in various fields.The exclusive dealing behavior of large-scale e-commerce platforms will cause some harm,such as derogating the trading opportunities of the merchants that have dependence on them,affecting the competition of the downstream merchant market;and restricting consumers' choices and deducting consumers.The benefits;it also hinders the development of other e-commerce platforms as competitors.Therefore,this phenomenon needs to be regulated.However,China's current "Anti-Monopoly Law"regulation model has encountered problems when it is applied to the e-commerce platform to limit trading behavior.The main manifestation is that the traditional"Anti-Monopoly Law”relies too much on the analysis of the relevant market and market share analysis path in the e-commerce platform market environment is not easy to carry out.Therefore,the author believes that the anti-monopoly law regulation model must adapt to the challenges of e-commerce platform competition.Under the guidance of this concept,the author analyzes the characteristics of the e-commerce platform,namely bilateral,dynamic and dual identity and the form,causes and harm of the limited transaction behavior,combined with the existing competition law theory at home and abroad.And the legal basis,the traditional regulation model of China's "Anti-monopoly Law" "relevant market-market power-competition effects"(hereinafter referred to as "RMC")in the e-commerce platform market environment,the need To the "market power-competition effects"(hereinafter referred to as "MC"),and in the identification of market forces,it is necessary to meet the non-structural factors of the e-commerce platform competition characteristics-"transaction dependence" As a key identification factor,consider other factors such as market share and barriers to entry.The research in this paper hopes to provide a broader idea for regulating the market competition of e-commerce platform.In practice,it can also provide an effective path for regulating e-commerce platform to limit trading behavior.The writing of this paper has certain positive significance in advocating competition culture,enhancing people's sense of competition,enhancing the sense of identity with competition and advocating competition culture.
