Since the reform and opening up,under the correct guidance of the Communist Party of China,all aspects of China have made historic breakthroughs.Party and government leading cadres are an important force to promote the prosperity and prosperity of the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics.Continuously improving the party and government leading cadre selection and appointment system and doing a good job of selecting and appointing leading cadres will help the party and the country's stable development.The cadre team and the leading group are the main force for the prosperity of the party's cause.It not only affects the construction of party style and folk style in a locality,but also determines the ability of the country and society to govern.The key to being able to select highly effective and responsible leaders is whether the system for selecting and appointing party and government leaders is sound.Therefore,in-depth study of the changes in the selection and appointment system of party and government leading cadres,exploring the internal logic of the changes,and summing up the laws of their development are of great significance to the reform of the selection and appointment system of China's leading cadres in the future.This paper traces the development process of the selection and appointment system of Chinese party and government leaders since more than 40 years of reform and opening up,and divides it into five stages: preliminary exploration stage,practical development stage,supporting reform stage,gradual improvement stage,and comprehensive deepening stage.The development process of each stage is summarized in detail,showing a clear historical context.Based on this,the structural logic and historical logic of the changes in the selection and appointment system of party and government leading cadres are studied using the historical institutionalist analysis paradigm.From the perspective of structural logic,emphasis is placed on the important role of changes in the macro-institutional structure,interest factors,and concepts in the change of the system for the selection and appointment of China's leading cadres.These political variables have played a certain role in promoting the change of the system.From the historical logic point of view,by identifying the key nodes and path-dependent phenomena in the process of selecting and appointing party and government leading cadres,we further analyze how they affect the trend of system change.Through the analysis of structural logic and historical logic,the historical enlightenment of the changes in the system of selecting and appointing leading cadres is obtained.From the perspective of "reform on the road,the concept goes first",it is appropriate to use a gradual change model,and to use complex thinking to view the system of selecting and appointing leading cadres.Explain.Use historical institutionalism to study the changes in the system of selecting and appointing party and government leaders,and explore its internal logic,providing an important reference for the realization of democracy and standardization of the system of selecting and employing leaders and cadres in the future in China,making it constantly breakthrough and innovation in practice.,Has become more perfect,and further promoted party building.Continuously improving the system of selecting and appointing leading cadres in our country is conducive to strengthening the building of the leadership team,better implementing the party's line and guidelines,and selecting good cadres with strong abilities,high quality,and services to the people.
