With the increasing popularity of the Internet and the phenomenon of global integration,global information flows in the Internet,and the network and people's life are more deeply integrated,resulting in the frequent occurrence of cross-border network infringement.Moreover,due to the particularity of cross-border Internet infringement cases,there have been great disputes and impacts on the jurisdiction and law application of relevant issues,bringing new challenges to the judicial practices of various countries.From the perspective of private international law,this paper intends to discuss the deficiencies and disputes existing in the jurisdiction of cross-border network infringement,in order to find a better solution to the problem.This paper starts from the theory,elaborates the characteristics of network,clarifies the definition of cross-border network infringement,gives the common types of cross-border network infringement,and explains why there are jurisdictional disputes and other judicial practice problems in related cases.Then,it analyzes the impact of the traditional mode on relevant issues,analyzes various theoretical viewpoints in the early 20th century,and evaluates typical cases by referring to the specific judicial practices of various countries,focusing on the development and innovation of the jurisdiction standards of the United States and the European Union.Finally,point back to the relevant construction in China,according to China's national conditions,analysis of the existing laws and regulations,and analyzes the typical cases injudicial practice in our country in the theory and practice,at the same time,according to the cross-border network tort types,refer to other countries in the different possible infringement practices and ideas provide perfect Suggestions,summarizes the full text.
