Study On The Role Of The Federation Of Social Sciences In Rural Revitalization

Implementing the strategy of revitalizing the countryside is a major historical task deployed by the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and a major decision by the country to prioritize the development of cities to the development of agriculture and rural areas,being the key to building a moderately well-off society in an all-round way.The proposal of rural revitalization strategy has brought great strategic opportunities and challenges to the rural agricultural economic and social development.With the function of understanding and transforming the world,philosophy and social science have played an important role in the development of history and the progress of society.The strategy of rural revitalization cannot be implemented without the support of philosophy and social science and the participation of social science workers.As a joint organization of social science research institutions and social groups,and a bridge linking the party committee and government with the social science circle,it is the duty of the Federation of Social Science to organize and carry out the research on rural revitalization and promote cultural development in rural areas.Since the establishment of the A Social Science Federation,it has always adhered to the principle of combining theory with practice with the focus on local economic development,organized the research and popularization of social science,being the role of a think tank,a bridge and bond,promoting the cultivation and development of culture in rural revitalization.Through the establishment of social science research projects,the selection of outstanding social science achievement,and the holding of social science popularization week and academic seminars,etc.,"the combination of theory and practice with down-to-earth social science" have been promoted,contributing wisdom and strength to the rural economic and social development and rural revitalization of A city.However,due to the general lack of attention to social science work in the society,insufficient local government funding for social science work and full-time social science staff,and other objective reasons,as well as little high-quality research outcomes in local social science research,the low conversion and application rate of research results,the weak foundation of rural social science popularization carrier construction,and low time efficiency of social science popularization activities,etc.,the role of the Social Science Federation in the rural revitalization has been limited.In order to play its due role in the local rural revitalization,the Federation of Social Science must first adhere to the principle of maintaining political,advanced and mass nature of social science work and integrating theory with practice,then properly deal with academic and political issues and the relationship between social science research and popularization,and finally,strengthen the construction of the social science team to improve advisory services for rural revitalization,set up the rural revitalization research project to increase support for rural revitalization research,develop channels of transformation of social science results to improve its conversion and application rate,and conduct the popularization of social science knowledge to press ahead with the project of developing cultural development in rural areas.In addition,it should broaden funding sources to increase funding for rural revitalization research and popularization,etc.,and lead the majority of social science workers with the focus on the reality of local rural revitalization to carry out countermeasure application research and social science popularization,contributing its own wisdom and strength to local rural revitalization.
