Research On The Prevention And Control Mechanism Of Online Loan Crime

As everyone knows,emerge in an endless stream of Internet loan financing is a new lending mode of Internet plus finance.Although it alleviates the supply pressure of private capital market to a certain extent,there are many non-standard problems in the current network loan transaction,so that in recent years,the crimes of net loan criminals are emerging one after another,and the criminal pattern is more and more diverse,which seriously affects people's daily life and destruction.It has brought about the financial order of the country and extremely bad influence on the society.The crime of online loan has become an important issue to be solved in the criminal law field.Therefore,this paper discusses the characteristics and development trend of online loan crime in the current situation of online loan crime,analyzes the causes of online loan crime in three aspects:legal reasons,platform reasons and new technology reasons,and then discusses the necessity and feasibility of online loan crime prevention.Combined with the above,preventive measures are put forward from three aspects:legal level,law enforcement and platform level,and publicity and education of the rule of law.Thus,we should improve the relevant laws and regulations on online loan crime,speed up the formation of online loan crime prevention and control system,enhance the law enforcement of online loan transaction by law enforcement departments,and make online loan transaction properly positioned and effectively play its role in China's modern financial market system.
