The Difficulty In The Reform For The Criminals Of Duty Related Crimes And The Counter-measures Research

Duty-related crimes caused huge damage to the Country and Society,meanwhile it severely affects the credibility of the government,and undermines the image of Party and Government Authorities.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee's resolve against corruption is steadfast.The high-pressure situation of anti-corruption has been gradually formed through the increase of anti-corruption strength,which results in the more and more attention to the criminals of duty-related crimes.Along with the advance of the legislation progress as to the prison management and the deepening of prison reform,there is more and more academic research as regards the reform of criminals of duty-related crimes.In the context of the abovementioned situation,a certain achievement as to the reformation has been obtained,and the way of reformation becomes systematic and standard step by step.However,due to the restriction the results of criminals' reformation in H province is not as well as expected.Therefore,in order to promote the level of criminals' reformation,and improve the capability of prison management,it is crucial to carry on a status analysis as to the reformation of the duty-related criminals,which,meanwhile,is also an inevitable requirement of the reconstruction of the public policy.This article takes the current situation as to the reformation of duty-related criminals as a point of penetration.This paper takes the status quo of the transformation of duty offenders in H province as the entry point,and through the methods of literature,questionnaires,case law,etc.,from special to general,sums up a series of dilemmas in the transformation of professional prisoners,and combines the development direction of prisons in the new era.Aiming at the goal of reform,etc.,focusing on improving the enthusiasm of the reform of duty offenders,exploring new ways of prisoner reform,enriching internal and external support systems,updating prison police management experience,establishing personnel training mechanism,and perfecting theoretical system,etc.The level of transformation will be deepened,and the effect of the transformation of the offenders will be deepened,so that the work of reforming the offenders will conform to the development of the times and achieve the goal of transformation.
