Research On Government Regulation Of Private Personal Credit Business

The supervision of private personal credit information business refers to the supervision and inspection of the process and results of carrying out relevant credit information business in accordance with laws and regulations.Nowadays,the demand of personal credit business in our country is very strong,and the traditional personal credit business has the problems of narrow business scope and lagging information,which can not fully meet the market demand.And the emergence of new private personal credit business fill the market vacancy to a certain extent.Private personal credit business has entered the fast track of development,opens a window for the personal credit industry.But in the process of development,there are a series of problems,such as infringing on the rights and interests of the information subject,information isolated island and the unscientific standard of credit evaluation.At the same time,because the private personal credit business is new,there are some blind areas in government supervision.Even many credit information business platforms are in the state of unlicensed operation.In this case,the relevant supervision is urgently needed to regulate the new business behavior and severely rectify the serious illegal phenomenon to ensure the good order and healthy development of the personal credit industry in China.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter mainly introduces the background,definition,research significance and ideas of government supervision of private personal credit information business.The aim is to make clear the subject of the government's supervision of private personal credit information business.The second chapter firstly explores the current private personal credit business problems from the aspects of information subject privacy,credit products scientificity,information isolated island phenomenon.Then summarize the current situation of government supervision of personal credit business from the subject of supervision,supervision links and related laws and regulations.From the third to the fifth chapters,present my own opinions for the government supervision of private personal credit business in our country from five aspects: perfecting laws and regulations,perfecting process supervision,building shared platform,strengthening privacy protection and optimizing environmental construction by analyzing the reasons of the problems in government supervision and combining the experiences abroad that can be used for reference.
