As an important part of China's national economy,private enterprises play an important role in promoting the development of the national economy.In order to promote the stable and healthy development of private enterprises,it is of theoretical significance and current value to study the civil judicial protection of private enterprises.Based on the civil judicial guarantee of private enterprises,this paper draws on the legislative status of judicial protection of private enterprises at home and abroad,studies the legal rights protection of private enterprises in civil litigation,and then proposes targeted improvement measures,hoping to study through papers.It can provide valuable development suggestions for promoting the improvement of the judicial guarantee mechanism of civil enterprises in China.The thesis is divided into five parts.The first chapter is the research and discussion on the civil judicial guarantee of private enterprises.This chapter analyzes the legislative concept of equal protection and green development of private enterprise civil justice protection and introduces related concepts and important significance,which leads to the following.The second chapter is the legislative status quo of civil judicial guarantee for private enterprises in China.This chapter discusses the relevant legislation abroad and the legislative status and academic research on the development of private enterprises in China,so as to think about the civil judicial protection of private enterprises in China.The third chapter is the problems existing in the civil judicial guarantee of private enterprises in China at this stage.Through recent large-scale hotspot cases,it is pointed out that there are related problems in the development of private enterprises in China.For example,the laws and regulations of private enterprises are not effective,private enterprises are lower in market status,the boundaries of criminals are not clear,and the results of judgments are difficult to implement.Issues such as the corruption of judicial personnel.The fourth chapter is the idea of perfecting the civil judicial guarantee system of private enterprises in China.On the basis of the concept of equal protection and green development legislation,through the analysis of the above problems,we will improve the civil judicial guarantee system of private enterprises in China.The fifth chapter concludes the conclusions on the development of judicial guarantee for private enterprises in China and the prospects for the development of judicial guarantee for private enterprises.In short,through the research on the civil judicial guarantee of private enterprises in China,it can provide reference for promoting the improvement of China's civil judicial security system.At the same time,it also hopes to provide reference for the development of civil justice protection system of other enterprises;through the research of the paper,it can help to promote the optimization and development of the civil judicial guarantee mechanism of private enterprises in China.
