Research On Social Work Helping To Relieve The High-risk Occupational Stress Of Firemen Under The Professionalization Transformation

The fireman is the retrograde person who goes to all kinds of disaster danger in the peacetime.High-risk and high-pressure work environment makes firefighters prone to anxiety,worry,tension and other psychological problems,not only affect their physical and mental health,but also affect the firefighters to efficiently complete the difficult task.In 2018,China began to carry out the professional transformation of firefighters,which has resulted in the extension of the working life and the expansion of the working scope of firefighters,as well as the increasing workload and difficulty of their work.Many firefighters are confused about the professional development after the transformation,increased occupational stress.Based on the background of professionalization transformation,taking the occupational stress of firefighters of W Fire Brigade in R city as the research object,this paper analyzes the high-risk occupational stress and stressors of firefighters by using the methods of literature,questionnaire and interview,it is found that under the background of professional transformation,firefighters feel confused about the prospect of professional development,professional pressure intensifies and other issues.At the same time,scientific assessment of firefighters on the professional transformation of the relevant supporting policy interpretation and rapid implementation of high-risk Occupational Stress Management,anti-adversity enhancement and other service needs.On the basis of multi-dimensional analysis of the source of pressure,the paper puts forward the policy level: giving full play to the role of social workers in policy advocacy,promoting the implementation of related supporting policies and the promotion of salary and welfare treatment standards.Social Level: actively create a safe and friendly environment,respect the fire profession;social organization level,the construction of "social workers & psychological counseling" model and online service model to provide psychological assistance to firefighters.Organizational level: to create a healthy and harmonious environment,to create a close relationship with colleagues,to carry out career planning counseling,to play the role of Fire Brigade Trade Unions,grass-roots Party organizations and psychological counseling departments of humanistic care.Personal Level: set up the lofty professional ideal under the energy-increasing orientation,enhance the resistance to adversity.
