Research On International Protection Of Traditional Knowledge From The Perspective Of Sustainable Development

Sustainable development has been proposed for decades.In the development process of these decades,it has already extended from the field of environmental protection to all aspects of social development.At the same time,the international protection of traditional knowledge has aroused the concern and discussion of the international community.Both will play an increasingly important role in the future development process.As the concept of sustainable development plays an increasingly important role in social development it is found that the introduction of the concept of sustainable development plays a positive role in promoting the improvement of the international protection system of traditional knowledge.However,how to promote the protection of traditional knowledge through sustainable development is not clear.This paper begins with an exploration of the status of sustainable development in international law.Exploring the interactive relationship between sustainable development and international protection of traditional knowledge.It is found that in addition to the positive effect of the concept of sustainable development on the international protection of traditional knowledge,the realization of the international protection of traditional knowledge also promotes the realization of the goal of sustainable development and the promotion of the concept to some extent.Finally,from the perspective of sustainable development,institutional suggestions on the international protection of traditional knowledge are put forward.By referring to the design of sustainable development system,financial and technical support,benefit sharing and supervision and evaluation mechanism are introduced into the international protection of traditional knowledge,so as to promote the common progress of the realization of sustainable development goals and the international protection of traditional knowledge.
