The Party's leadership of education is the key to the development of education in our country.The main way for the Party to lead education is to formulate correct education policies.Since the reform and opening up,the party has continuously formulated and improved the socialist education policy with Chinese characteristics in accordance with the growing cultural and educational needs of the people and the needs of the modernization of socialism with Chinese characteristics,thus pushing China from a big educational country to a powerful educational country.The socialist education policy with Chinese characteristics,which has been formed and continuously improved since the reform and opening up,does not come into being out of thin air,but has its important "source and flow"."Source" refers to the educational thoughts of classical Marxist writers and the inheritance and development of Marxist educational thoughts by early communists.They are the theoretical basis of the educational policies of socialism with Chinese characteristics and have played a role in the formation and development of the socialist educational policies."Liu" means that in the long-term practice of revolution and construction,the Chinese Communist Party has led the people to closely combine Marxist educational thoughts with the educational reality in the Chinese revolution and construction.In various revolutionary base areas and across the country,it has initially carried out rich and characteristic new-democratic school-running practices and socialist school-running practices.These preliminary and practical explorations have become the important practical foundation for the formation of socialist educational policies with Chinese characteristics.We can see from more than 40 years of development of the socialist education policy with Chinese characteristics.In essence,the construction of the education policy of socialism with Chinese characteristics started with the proposal of the cultural program of socialism with Chinese characteristics.It is closely related to the formation and development of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The core content of this education policy was initiated by Deng Xiaoping and continued to develop and basically mature by Party leaders such as Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao.Including the initial formation of Deng Xiaoping's period(1978-1992),the basic formation of Jiang Zemin's period(1993-2001)and the maturity of Hu Jintao's period(2002-2011).in these three stages of the evolution of the socialist educational policy with Chinese characteristics,the educational thoughts of leaders in various periods and the educational policies of the party and the state are the guiding ideology and theoretical basis for the formation and development of the socialist educational policy with Chinese characteristics.Among them,the micro-level major education policies,education documents,education laws and regulations listed in each period serve as the practical basis for the development and evolution of socialist education policies with Chinese characteristics.At the same time,according to the development status of socialist education policies with Chinese characteristics in each period,the evolution characteristics or results are briefly analyzed.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics has continued to develop,adding new content represented by "Xi Jinping's theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era".Under the leadership and promotion of General Secretary Xi Jinping and the Party Central Committee,China's education and various work have continued to advance in an orderly way,entering the period of formation and practice of the socialist education policy with Chinese characteristics in the new era.This stage,Taking Xi Jinping's major exposition of socialism education with Chinese characteristics in the new era,deepening education reform in an all-round way,and the "the belt and road initiative" education action as the social background for the formation of socialism education policy with Chinese characteristics in the new era,the "poverty alleviation through education","new college entrance examination" policy,"double first-class" discipline construction,increasing the opening up of education field to the outside world,moral education in primary and secondary schools,ideological and political theory course construction in colleges and universities,and "China's education modernization 2035" as the concrete practice process of socialism education policy in the new era,and analyzing its evolution characteristics according to the development of education policy in this period.Practice will never stop,and the times are still developing.Although the socialist education policy with Chinese characteristics has reached the age of "no doubt",it still needs to keep up with the trend of the times in the future and continue to perfect and supplement it in terms of theory and practice.Such as enhancing educational confidence,drawing nutrition from traditional cultural education to formulate educational policies,continuing to improve the legal system of socialist education with Chinese characteristics,constructing the discourse system of socialist educational philosophy with Chinese characteristics in the new era,continuously improving educational policies from the perspective of national conditions,and strengthening the road of socialist education with Chinese characteristics.
