In the new era,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core put forward the strategic plan for Rural Revitalization on the basis of a comprehensive summary of the work of agriculture,rural areas and farmers in the past five years.In the overall request of the twenty word in the Rural Revitalization Strategy,"industrial prosperity" has been included in the first place in the Rural Revitalization and development.This shows that the Party Central Committee attaches great importance to the industrial development of the rural society.In recent years,the development of rural industry in Mengxi town has begun to take shape.However,there is still a big gap between the development of rural industry in Mengxi town and the requirements of quality,brand and strong agriculture advocated by the state.Township cadres play an important role in promoting the development of rural industry in Mengxi town.The development of rural industry depends on the leadership of township cadres.This study analyzes the current leadership situation of township cadres in the development of rural industries.It finds that the policy implementation ability of township cadres is reflected in the combination of policy support and farmers' demand,the economic development ability is reflected in the consolidation of foundation and the cultivation of characteristic industries,the development and innovation ability is reflected in the combination of supply side reform and industrial development system,and the social management ability is reflected in Villagers' discussion and promotion Promote local culture and other aspects.It is found that the current situation of the lack of leadership of township cadres in the development of rural industry is mainly manifested in the lack of policy implementation,the lag of economic development and innovation,the imbalance of resources in development and innovation,and the imperfection of rural social governance system.In the study,it points out that the reasons for the lack of leadership of township cadres in the development of rural industry are conservative ideas and ways of leadership,unreasonable evaluation system of policy implementation,weak leadership training of township cadres,and insufficient leadership under the lack of incentives.At the end of this study,according to the current situation of insufficient leadership of township cadres in the development of rural industry,the countermeasures to improve the leadership of township cadres in the development of rural industry are put forward,that is,to establish a public service platform to lay a solid foundation for leadership,to improve the breakthrough point of modern agricultural and animal husbandry production system to improve leadership,to optimize the innovation awareness of rural industry development to ensure the elements of leadership It is a platform for promoting rural leadership through "rule of virtue" and "rule of law".
