Research On The Development Of Science And Technology Associations In Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

Science and technology community has experienced hundreds of years of development in western developed countries,and has achieved remarkable results.Especially in the 1980s,under the new public management theory trend of thought,the governance theory gives science and technology community more era mission,ushered in new development opportunities.At present,China is in an important historical period of social transformation.The state vigorously promotes the modernization of governance system and governance capacity,requires social organizations,including science and technology associations,to participate in social governance,coordinate the relationship between the government and enterprises,and further clarifies the main position of science and technology associations in social governance.The top-level design has been made for the rapid development of science and technology associations in our country.However,due to the unbalanced development of science and technology associations in various regions of our country,especially in the underdeveloped western regions,under the objective conditions of lagging economic development,weak scientific and technological strength,and lack of talent and intellectual resources,how science and technology associations combine regional reality and serve economic and social development has gradually become an important topic It needs to be solved.In this paper,the main community of science and technology in Inner Mongolia autonomous region as the research object,through the collection related data,field survey means such as communication,negotiation,system combing the.current situation of the Inner Mongolia autonomous region science and technology community,summary of the current science and technology society faces many problems,and on the basis of the theory of new public management,voluntary failure theory,governance theory in public management related theory in-depth analysis the bottlenecks and obstacles encountered in the development,analysis to identify problem causes.By drawing lessons from foreign advanced experience,combining with the actual situation of science and technology associations in Inner Mongolia autonomous region,this paper tries to put forward feasible Suggestions and countermeasures,and sums them up as the development model of "one body and two wings",that is,to increase the support from the government and create a benign relationship between the government and the community.To strengthen the guidance of public opinion and enhance the influence and credibility of science and technology associations;We will strengthen capacity building and upgrade our service capabilities and capabilities.
